OK THEN! tell me are they straight as a pencil or do they curve on the fender? just answer that question and ill be on my way on making them...

thats the real one, these guys think the skirts are firm as the lip spoiler....not knowing whether they curve from factory or not is stopping me from making them.

I guess I don't really get the question then.... I would say that they are going to be perpendicular to the ground, instead of curving underneath the car with the fender/door sill area.

So pencil then? Did I get it?

You are not making any fucking sense... we never said we thought the real ones were stiff, you for some reason brought up s skirts. Those matter about as much as it matters that gold (fuck you) has a penis. You posted a picture of Saltys car, not really seeing what the issue is here lol

The issue is that the TRD sides have no rigid form, you can mount them however you like because they are so flexible.

Major props to cbass if he can pull it off a good fiberglass replica of such a flimsy part.

THIS, your basically telling me they are suppose to be straight were they mount on the car

the reason i brought up the s skirts was i wanted to confirm if they came straight from the factory, if they did im guessing the TRD were suppose to be installed straight like the S skirts, i cant make myself any more clear....this shit is pissin me off lol i thought it would be easy but its just a pain in the ass to make these things straight. I put up saltys car because his look also straight as a pencil but what is puzzling is there like a opening with the side skirts and body line were it curves since its straight? If i make them straight i want to know if ppl are going to have a hard time installing them since they wont line up with the body.

I will but dont have spending money ATM, going to sell a computer 2mrw and get a bill for shit to make the molds....

So fitting the 98-00 valances on the 01-02 bumper, is it hard? i still have my half cut 8.5 oem front bumper and was thinking on installing the front valances on it and making the molds that way.

You guys like to be mean, and I like to be nice. The meaner you are, the nicer I am.... I guess. I believe in being nice to everyone. If you must know, it's because God&Jesus were nicer to me than I could ever be to someone else. It's just what's important to me.

Cbass is embarking on this replica project, and so I wanted to help support him. I'd probably buy one if I had the Corolla, but this is all I can do. So I was feeling generous and see other needs.

    I'm going to bed now.

Hey don't worry, I never felt any hate, no one is ever mean on here... well maybe a little, but it's all for fun in the end. It takes a lot for me to get offended over the internet, and you guys aren't it lol.

I wouldn't say I'm "religious" per se, but I am definitely "spiritual". I am a Christian, in the original, basic meaning of the word. No denominations or affiliations, just me, God, and other believers like me. My church is very small, but you never met a nicer group of people in this location, time, age. But I detest what Christianity has become, most "christians" are a disgrace to Christ. And of course we all are to some extent, but with the amount of corruption and hypocrisy in the church today it's unbelievable. I want to have nothing to do with "religion", humans create religion. God isn't about rules, but rather relationships: us choosing to give our lives, troubles, burdens, joy into his capable hands. He could have made robots if he wanted to, but rather he gave us the choice. And look at the world today, boy we aren't choosing Him much anymore lolsigh. And sure, he's almighty God and can do anything, but what would be the point of just fixing everything to perfection? It would mean nothing to him if he just zapped us all into loving Him. So my beliefs are very real and practical, I have learned on my own (not just spoon fed or brainwashed by parents or anyone) through meditation, consideration of what other people say and believe, and simply observing the world around me. God is 100% real to me as long as I turn to him. I do not fear anything, I have no worries, God takes care of me in everything as long as I have faith.

sorry, I should probably stop now lol.....
