    It's either left over glue or he scratched the paint removing it, happened to me also. The tail lights look good though.

    Use goo gone. Lights look good though . I used to have that exact light setup on the rear, with the 98-00 reverse lights and red turn signals.

    the glue will come off. keep at it and it will be totally worth it after u realize how nice it looks without that gunk on it.
