    I bought these also, doing the same thing. But I'm gonna keep the side light white as well. You'll see when I'm done.

    It's gonna look just like plu's car, I've always been jealous of those lights. I use Testor's Candy Apple Red paint.

    at work at the moment just got done painting them I will have the photos of the lights tonight going to installed tomorrow should have taken a little bit more time on the painting couple small runs :(

    just want to see if I can get the color to match a little bit better for now I'm really happy with the outcome just ordered all new led for the tail lights :) stop turn signal side marker and reverse lights going to be sick

    That looks fine in the pics.... not sure how you'd get it to match better though... the "problem" seems to be that the red on the trunk lights is flat inside, while the outer lights aren't flat, but have the brake light there, so the sun doesn't reflect off it the same. The color looks right though... maybe the answer is to paint the red part on the trunk light, even though they are already red. I'm sure someone would would buy the outer lights you just painted for $50.

    That's what I did the first time when I painted my turn signals red... I painted the inside lights as well so it matched. I have a pic somewhere where you can see it doesn't match at all, making it obvious why I chose to paint it later on.
