    yes, yes it does...the silencer helps on the headache side but it still loud outside....but the bright side is that you can set off ppls car alarms easily and its fun!:D

    If you want a quiet muffler dont get a straight through muffler, get one with walls ahd channels.

    I just installed a perfect exhaust on the Lex... just an axleback to keep it quiet. Each piece you replace adds noise, so only change the muffler if you want a decent sound. I made the mistake of replacing the whole shbang at once on the Corolla, so it was SUPER loud and bassy.

    Not from personal experience but I have never heard anything bad about that brand. Most people just keep trying different things until they are happy with the sound.

    Magnaflow is mainly a performance brand, so its gonna be loud.
    I had a 2.50" cat back with magnaflow muffler, even with a stock muffler and 2.5" cat back it was still loud and droning.
