    Yeah I'm thinking that's a sleeper, with the massive window tint and the hubcaps. Nobody who is into cars enough to "know" about tow hooks would put hubcaps unless they are going for the sleeper look. So he would put the tow hook on, some guy would come up and start to talk about it then the dude opens up and takes off. "Look at this freakin stock civic with the tow- OMG there he goes."
