The race begins today at 3:00pm in France, 9:00pm EST. Yesterday, Audi qualified 1 and 2. Peugeot is said to have the faster car.

I'll follow up with what I was saying about Audi in MovieSTAR's thread and go with them. I'm not privy to the difference between Audi Joest & Audi North America, same with Peugeot Sport Total & Team Peugeot Total, so I listed both. Correct me if this is redundant.

Poll only fits 10 so I left these teams out:
Quifel - ASM Team (Zytek 09 SC)
    Kronos Racing (Lola Aston Martin)

audi won so it doesn't matter. they say audi is slower because i think they went with smaller engine package on the new tdi setup. i was looking it up on wikipedia a few weeks ago. maybe the smaller engine with a little less horsepower gets better mileage which equals less stops?

plus they're diesel, isn't everyone else gas still? or methanol, ethanol, whatever the hell they race with? that's better mileage to.o

Probably. They've always relied on pit strategy to win Le Mans in the past.

It was pretty impressive that two of three Audis wrecked and Audi still won with all four Peugeots right behind them.

I haven't followed LeMans in a loooong time, last season I watched was when they switched from the R8 to the R10, that was the summer of 07 I believe. They're at the R18 now? Wow.
