Need suggestions on how to fix cracked front lip + chipping paint on lip

Recently, I lended my car to my brother and what do you know? He was driving late night at a place with no street lights etc and a Coyote comes out of no where slams right in front of my bumper. The bumper is fine... but my lip is cracked.

What would be the best way to fix it? All I can think is to use fiberglass and fiberglass sheets or those fiberglass kits. Is that the best method?

Since the paint is chipping (or has been chipping for a while now) does anybody recommend any websites where you can buy car coded paint in a can like 12oz or 1 pint? and how many layers of primer, base coat, and clear coat should you be using?

fiber glass resin and cloth. bondo. then whatever else u need, sanding , primer etc. u can get duplicolor perfect match and do it yourself.

Yeah I think i'm gonna get one of those fiberglass kits that comes w/ everything i need which is what u listed above.

Btw, have you used the duplicolor perfect match? Can you please post a picture if you have used it before so I can see the difference? My other alternatives were to get the paint from automotivetouchup.com or paintscratch.com since they match the color codes to any car. My car is silver which is going to be pretty hard to match.

ive used some from automotive touch up. its legit. but if u can find some color match at napa or autozone. do it. at 5.99-7 bucks a can its worth it. and they do have silver. just look for the color code on specs

Silver is damn near impossible to match.

x2, dont do it. if you find a can that says "perfect match toyota paint" it wont match. I guarantee it or your money back.

My car is exactly the same color as yours. Just curious if you painted your front & rear lips + side skirts yourself? If you did please let me know what you use.

I paid someone to paint my lip but it didn't match very well, that's why I'm planning on painting it myself.

If you look at my sig, the side skirts i painted my self using this "perfect match toyota silver" it matches... KINDA, my front and rear lip are all professionally painted.

I actually re-painted my side skirts last week so you decide if it matches.

"Perfect match toyota silver" <-- are you saying that you used Duplicolor Perfect Match? or is it some other paint u bought elsewhere?
Honestly I thought you did a great job. Can you tell me how many layers primer , base coat, and clear coat you used? It'll help me out a lot when I paint and compare.
I have Corolla S sideskirts and i paid someone to paint it, but that idiot didn't prime it so it looks silver + a hint of pink from the person whom I bought it from.

Just sand it all down and make sure the surface is smooth, remove any of the original paint if you want, prime the whole side skirt and do two or three coats of base, let dry and put on two clear coats. Though I cant promise it wont crack and chip with the side skirts flexing all the time and rocks that hit them.
And yeah, I used Duplicolor but on the can it says it was manufactured for Toyota vehicles paint codes.

Thanks for the info, I think I'll test it out on smaller areas like my mudguards and then determine whether i wanna paint the others myself. Btw, is it necessary for a adhesion promoter? this is because my front lip is chipping like it hates the paint ..

Use one of those degreaser rags thyre sold at most auto stores itll help get grime off and help the paint actually stick to the surface and not bubble.

wouldnt it just get all chipped up again b/c its so low to the ground and gets abused by debris? Mine has tons of chips and stuff and needs to be repainted as well

Use it in a box, with a heat gun. The heat bakes the paint into the plastic.
