McGangbang is actually a double cheeseburger or Big Mac with a whole McChicken inside. 3 patties and 4 pieces of bread total.

It's on urban dictionary too. I gotta try a McGangbang myself sometime.

The idea of a beef + chicken sandwich sounds kinda nasty to me so I never tried.
