for all of you making comments on me not driving im getting my license back in june and rollatuner yes you can drive with 2 duis but they do suspend your license for a year or 14months. and keep in mind that anything over .08 is considered a dui .07 is considered a dui. We all make mistakes we just have to learn from, i understand i made the same mistake twice (which in your guys eyes im probably the biggest dumbass you guys have seen) but everyone makes, the same kind of accident could happen just by speeding down the street or highway and i know the majority of the people on this forum do not go the speed limit. Oh and phan there wont be a 3rd time

P.S. even driving hungover is a dui, sitting in the driver seat drunk with the key in the ignition is a dui even if its not your car and your just sitting in it, if your drunk on a bike thats a dui also

In a personal note. I've refused to speak to people who went out and had even 1 beer while on their bike. That's beyond fucking dumb. And people who do this, DESERVE to die.

its illegal to ride a horse drunk, ride a bicycle drunk lol. i have a story of an old family member, he used to do a milk run with a horse and cart, one morning he was still drunk from the previous night, hopped on the cart to do the run, but he passed out and fell off the cart.. lol the horse actually still went round to each of the shops and stopped for a few minutes then kept going haha. it ended up back at home. quite an amusing family story. love it.
