My Allergy boost just kicked in...

Started maybe 2 weeks ago... It's so bad that I would wake up in the middle of the night because I feel the need to BLOW MY F*ing nose.

All summer long I was fine with 1 24 hour allergy pill. Now I have to resort to 2 tabs of the benadryl every 4-6 hours at the very least.

In the philippines when I went for vacation, after the fist week, my nose was cleared until I came back to Texas....

Keeping warm or covering your mouth has no effect on allergies. LOL It's great for preventing Swine flu though. :) And to add to that: Sneeze into the crook of your arm and not your hands.

This used to be the case until maybe 2-3 weeks ago. No idea why. Nothing at home changed, windows still stay closed etc.

I used to take generic 24h claritin once a day and that would be good for the day. I've heard lots of people around here have bad allergies this time of the year so it could be that northern winds bring something...

2 pills of generic Benadryll every morning lessens my symptoms down to manageable state but not dry. This will have to do I guess. Sometimes it gives me headaches but for some reason eating sweets counters that.

    EDIT:
I remember back in the Philippines I did some kind of spray and that gave me BAD headaches.

no you don't. he's an ass.

have you tried Loratadine? it's supposedly a generic of Claritin, but Claritin doesn't do jack for me, while Loratadine does. get the rite aid branded one.
