    Exhaust ideas needed

    Just wondering what you guys have done to your cars for exhaust work.. I have an 05 toyota corolla and want to do something with my exhaust.. any suggestions..

    Magnaflow. Vortex just redid his exhaust with a Magnaflow and it's perfect. Not raspy, not overly loud, no annoying 12" tip.

    i had apex N1 muffler. LOUD above 4k but sounded ok with silencer they gave me.
    switched to magnaflow to draw AWAY attention of socal cops. lol

    thats how much i paid for mine,

    +4 on magnaflow cat back. But it is Loud, annoyingly loud.

    Ebay usually has it cheaper. Since it's just a universal muffler, you'll need an exhaust shop to weld it in for you. Magnaflow imo sounds and looks better. Rice cans are loud and poppy.

    Never heard of Silk. It's a knockoff company that makes replicas. The N1 "style" reflects that. The Magnaflow they offer is also a can? The Thermal R&D ones is so much better than the other 2 then. It's also the most expensive one. lol Perhaps you'll want to source your own muffler and have a muffler shop custom mandrel bend you a catback. I got mine done for 200 bucks.

    meh, I was thinking of getting the tubes re-done... 2.25, shit-bent in some sort of medieval machine... but didn;t do it cause I'd probably wont notice jack... and this was when I got the rolla ... some 3 years ago
