I've been smoked by cops. Lots of cops and I got the tickets to prove it. :) I don't race anyone. There's no point and it's very unsafe on the street. "Street racing is like the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded." :D

List your mods, if you want to talk about illegal street racing and how dangerous and stupid it is, don't do it here. It's part of the rules of the board, please abide by them.

Re-gearing to 4.30?! Thats really high. What comes stock? On the 4 cyl Jeeps the axle is 4.10, but with a V8 thats crazy amounts power

My math may be wrong, but I think it's somewhere around there to get back to a stock ratio. 3.56 in stock on a 31" tire. I don't know the exact figure, but it should be at bare minimum a 4.10.

I went from 27.5" to 31" tires and I needed to go from 3.73 to 4.10 to get back to stock gearing. The ratio of the old/new tires and gears are the same. According to my math you should be running 36" tires(actually it was 35.7") for 4.10 gears. If you want more power go for the 4.30.

Hmm, good to know. Like I said my math was probably wrong. We'll find out in about 8 months when I start working on the lift project. Interior is first.
