to park or not to park...

depending on what store you go to go they have allocated a number of parking stalls for "Expectant Mothers" or "Mother with Child Parking". Even though it's not against the law to park there, do you park there or do you pass up that space for another?

Here's another thing to add instead of creating a new thread.

Do you think Handicap Plaques should be given out for obese people?

I park my shit in the boonies to stay away from people and their cars as much as possible. I was coming out of work one day, had about an 8 year old kid throw his door open so hard right into my nerf bar, that it dented the seam of the door. And it wouldn't shut again on this guys car because it was bent in. Hilarious. But still. Car doors hit my nerf bars, truck doors hit my doors.

On the topic of obesity, I think a handicapped placard should be given if they can't walk. But when I see somebody who is heavy, but can still walk fine under their own power with them, no.

I usually like to park farther away during the day. good for health when you walk and stuff. in the Evening or night, i'll park anywhere where there is light. I really do not like it when people block all traffic in the parking lot just because there might be someone leaving their spot which is close to the entrance. they also will wait up to 15 minutes which really is annoying. my common sense tells me - why not just park farther away and walk and get in the store in 5 minutes rather than getting pissed off at the guy who is not leaving right away while you block all traffic and piss others off.

I never been to a parking lot where a stall is marked "Expectant Mothers" or "Mother with Child Parking".

Obese people should do more walking.

I usually park in the back of a parking lot myself to avoid door dings and shopping carts.. Most of the time by the time I walk up to the store the same people I pulled in with are still circleing for a closer parking space.

I see none-female people park in the "expectant mothers" spots. I usually park at the very end of the parking lot. I work at a grocery store so heavy traffic and buggy action requires the furthest parking spot for me.

oversize Obese people are handicapped. Although they do need the exercise, 3 mins under 100f might kill them.

I park out in the middle of nowhere and walk unless my knees bother me and then I park in the handicap spots and yes I have a placard to do so.

seriously. i wish people actually understood this.

it's just as bad as insisting people with handicapped tags/placards MUST have a visible disibility.

I got this a lot when my grandmother was alive and I had the placard for her. I still get it now when I have the placard for myself.
