    lol at this point the best thing to do man it's drink tons of water, stay away from light and just rest, your body is dehydrated and your liver is also being punished by alcohol intake....

    drink water and take a multivitamin. next time you plan on drinking, take a multivitamin BEFORE drinking, then one before bed (if you can remember to take it)...have pedialyte at home, too, if the tips i gave don't kill it. really, though, a hangover is dehydration and nutrient depletion from all the pissing you've been doing.
