    Yeah I remember that. This all happen in USC where I got my undergradute and graduate degrees. He was in Columbia in November, I saw him at a home football game on probably the same night he got that photo taken. From what people are saying, his best friend is on the soccer team here and his coach grew up in Columbia so he comes to Columbia a lot. I remember him was standing on the sidelines with coach steve spurrier trying to chat up some girls. Dude tries to be a player all the time. That Pavlov's bar he went to is a bar for the greek kids. I got some photos in my facebook account of it all and of another girl that he hooked up with but I doubt anyone wants to know... It's kind of funny because this girl told her bro and her family that she hooked up with Phelps. I have to say that the people that met him say he's kinda a dbag and has a arrogant personality.

    Between this incident and the Borat incident with the frat boys a year or two ago, USC should move up in the party school rankings...
