AE82 Went off roading.... to the ditch...

It was raining and I lost control going around 35 or so (driver stupidity syndrome)... I didnt have a camera at the scene. I will post pics of the scene tomorrow.

And the worst part... The tranny oil pan(?) hit the curb and actually broke the curb. That would give you an idea of the impact. I will lift the car and clean the bottom part with brake cleaner to find oil leaks.

Also, my bad suspension has gotten worse. The rear driver strut is busted. You can lift the car and it would stay up, then push the car down and look like its lowered some...

    Lifted

    Dropped

There is some good outcome from this incident... Can someone tell?

    |Damn man sorry about the "driver stupidity syndrome" lol

I see some good things coming out of this tho. |Maybe some beefed up suspension?? A new front end, maybe a conversion of some sort? :) Keep us posted!

You might notice that on the first two pics the newer car is off-focus, i had nothing do to with that. I guess the digicam had some favoritism issues...

Its amazing how big newer cars are. The new Corolla would've been considered a mid size sedan about 5-10 years ago
