My idol

When i got my corolla in 2000 and started working on it, as i guess everyone new it was hard as hell getting parts for this car at that time. Every part store i went to wouldn't waist their time and gave me the cold shoulder when i asked for any after-market parts. i hated when they told me to sell it and just get a civic (witch i ended up getting for my wife only because she wanted it lol.) but this was the car that turned everything around for me. Mad props to the owner of this corolla.

That guy is a member of GrupoToyota, TACP, and other various car clubs in Manila. He usually uses "Otaka" as he's username. I believe that was he's car back when he was still in HK.

ahh, gotcha. didn't think of that. i use firefox, so i don't even see a red x...just a large expanse of blank space.

i see now what you were talking about when i posted the pic it showed the car but when i went to my bedroom computer the pic wasn't their. thx for the fix. lol

just a suggestion for the next time you want to post a picture. download it to your computer and upload to a site like www.tinypic.com - it's a free site, doesn't require signing up, and will guarantee you don't have this situation (or a worse one) happen again.

I think thats awesome, good inspiration, when i had my corolla bone stock i hated the dam thing and actually hoped that i would get into a car crash and collect the insurance money and buy a truck! but mod after mod i saw potential in my little rolla. But i have to say this, you have one sweet ass ride but the scissor doors, or suicide doors what ever their called, lets just say im not a big fan, but hey to each their own. Keep it up

I was inspired before, but after dumping all that money into my car, I realized I could be driving something much better by now... Don't get me wrong. It was fun building and driving it. I think I just need to upgrade now. I'm getting old. LOL

lol good now I don`t feel as bad knowing that I wasn't the only one that couldn't find that kit. :lol

I have that exact front bumper for sale for 100 bucks if you'd like to get a handle on your dream a little earlier.

my idollized 8th gen corolla was done by some dude in Hawaii. I don't remember his name. he drove a white car with gold SSR rims. thats how i wanted mine. the person to get it closest to what i liked was DOT. Though he sold his car.. but he got a better car so i'm happy. hehe.

I think I finally figured out how to get it a couple months ago but didn't really persue it because I'm happy with what I have now.

i`ve seen them on ebay alot the only thing i want to go do now is make my car right hand side drive.
