    Am I burning my clutch?

So I started using metal wheel ramps to get my front end high enough to change my oil. But this is the second time I've used it and when I get the car up on the ramps I smell something burning. It doesn't smell like oil, and I don't really know what a burnt clutch smells like. I also did realize that I only drained out about 2 qts of oil today. I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Bearings in the engine? So the reason I'm smelling it is because my oil is low when its time to change my oil, and since I have to rev up the engine the bearings are burning?

What do burnt brakes smell like?

Yes, its manual. I rev the engine to about 2.5-3k and slowly let go of the clutch and I creep the car up the ramps. I try to go slowly so I don't drive past the ramps and really mess something up.

Burnt clutch and brakes sort of smells like burnt paper or magazines - a heavy, smoky smell with a weird metallic/chemical trace to it. Once you cook a clutch or brake and smell it for the first time - I'll bet you'll never forget how it smells again.

Well at first I thought it smelled like burning tires, then after a little while I thought it smelled kinda like a cigar. After I smelled it, I tried to figure out where it was coming from, and I smelled it the most when i opened the hood. I got under the car to smell around the transmission, but I really didn't smell anything there, and nothing really around the brakes.
