    Project of the week!

So i put about 12 hours of hard labor into cleaning my car inside and out, and adding a few things and making some tweaks, tell me what you think.

    Before:

Sorry this picture is crappy quality dont know why it turned out that way, but most of the engine bay was dirty and had TONS of mud stains from off roading :D i polished some parts and cleaned most of the pipes with a TOOTHBRUSH!

    Nice and clean!:wiggle:

BTW, what's that wire that's running across your engine bay? Is it for your fog light? Try re-routing it so it won't stick out like a sore thumb.:D Just my .02

looks nice i love the work you did...one thing though is those wires running from your battery maybe you can run them along the side...just an idea...it would make it look a little neater

damm didn't see that DOT said the same thing...sry

That's no CAI. That's just a filter on the end of the stock rubber tubing.

    This is a CAI.

And before you ask, the EL Prototypes CAI's are discontinued.

Are they? How are they supposed to be? The camber adjustment is perfect though.

    This was in my 01.

It should be parallel to your stutbar. The camber should be the only thing that changes when you adjust them. Are the bolts on that top mount positioned wrong?

Yeah, I figured it should be parallel. However, that's the Ksport design. I tried rotating it in other directions, but that's it. Oh well. I can still adjust my camber fully so I'm not complaining. LOL :D

Hmmm I already got it aligned, so I'm not going to touch it for now since the camber is also set correctly. There's no problems with it. I'll try switching sides when I also switch spring rates and see if that corrects the problem.

hey rolla, noob question but is the cold air intake pretty much a tube that goes from my engine down into the stock piping of the air filter box were underneath in the bumper at the end of the pipe the filter is connected and it just sits under there sucking in cold air? away from the engine?

    Talking about thread-jack...

How did you get that engine bay so clean? Did you spray it all with pressurized water? My car needs one so bad its not even funny... The thing is, my car has alot of vacuum hoses that Im scared to spray on, they look so easy to destroy...
