    got my engine!

    with a tranny attached to it! now I can replace my busted transmission with a low miles one.. I get to start that project next week :) had to haul it all the way from portland ~ 3hrs dragging it on a uhaul trailer. It is a 99 engine. When the project is done I might be selling the engine again if anybody is looking.. shipping is killer though

    lol good luck. The trans on our lex blew so looks like we need a new one unless we can part it and make at least $1500.

    So what are the plans for this new engine? I know you need a tranny so will this just be a spare engine? Your current engine is turbo'ed right?

    can't keep the engine, parents say I gotta get rid of it. so, it'll be on craigslist eventually. I am not turbo'd, my transmission actually failed at 75K and I drive it like a granny.

    huh? Only thing I learned from F&F is a neon green eclipse comes with 14 speeds and if you hit all of them your car does a donut.
