a 10th gen parked next to me

They are everywhere over here. I see more 10th gens than 8th gens now. Quite sad actually

everyone has traded in their 8th gens for 10th gens...we have a few 8th gens sitting on thelot from trades.

It's really ugly and rides like an SUV. It's a pointless model.

the xrs is cool, it has some fat sway bars....and a strut bar...at least the matrix xrs does.

i like the looks, only thing i dont like is the rear lip kit is a 2 piece and you can see about a 2mm gap between the two pieces..

x2! Its a damn boat. Plus it looks hideous, anyone who thinks it looks good is obviously blind. They just took a 9th gen, slapped a camry on the front, and ate too much chocolate. And the 2.4l in the XRS? Don't even get me started...

the corolla has become the camry, the camry has become the avalon, the avalon has disappeared, the yaris is now the corolla, and who knows, maybe we'll get some K cars in soon.

I wouldn't mind a yaris.... or a key car

Im actually pushing my dad to sell his camry and trade it in for a yaris. And it would be sick if we got some kei cars but dont expect any from toyota. Toyota shut down subarus kei car production because it wasnt profitable enough. If we got some nice kei cars here, Id buy one without a doubt.

The 2AZ-FE isn't the most amazing motor in the world. In my eyes, anything with the 2AZ in it is just the same as driving a Camry. The Corolla XRS, xB, tC, and who knows what else they'll stick that in. Meh...

10th has a ok look but i rather buy a 8th gen still...

lol I hate the tC and the new xB more than the new XRS. We have two camrys with the same engine, it sucks. It has torque, but it still sucks. It is not a performance engine, why put it in a car that is aimed towards performance?

for the yaris lovers..read the safety ratings on those.

the camry weighs a considerable ammount more then the tC and xB its not fair to compare them both to the camry. thats like putting a drunk horse in the kentucky derby against sea biscuit....

True but Ive also taken the new xB and a tC around a small track. I still stand by my opinion, they both suck. Engine is just utter garbage. Of course it's faster than our cars stock because it obviously has a bigger engine. The styling is horrible on the tC. The wrong wheels are being driven. Usually are driven by assholes. Did I mention the engine sucks? If it had a more performance oriented engine than the universal engine toyota puts in everything these days, I'd have a different opinion.

Here in Cali I see a number of hot girls driving a tC. It's hard to call them assholes.

Besides the chicks driving them I guess. Usually, the scion owners in the "tuning scene" around here are assholes, dumbasses, and retards, and the girls in the "scene" are whores. I can say without a doubt that none of them know jack shit about cars. Im sorry about ranting but most scion owners piss me off with their stupidity and the fact they get everything when they dont deserve it. Special treatment by toyota themselves, special treatment at dealer shows. I dont usually enter the shows because I find its a waste of my money to enter, they should be paying me to show off my car. But regardless there are 3 classes for each scion model for each generation. That is 15 trophies for scions alone. For all toyotas it is 2 or 3 trophies total and usually the supras take them all even if they are stock.
