    thought id make a thread. since theres lots of recans, and asians here, and i just found out what "pinchos" are, thought we can all share the diff type of food we eat. someone might discover something new. heres mine

    "Nopales con huevo y chorizo" cactus, egg, and chorizo.

    DONT DISS MY DISH!!!! its a mexican dish. i really dont like it but my mom still makes it. ill eat a little. if youve never eaten cactus before it has a spicy lemony taste to it. theres texture is like an onion thats been grilled. its good.

    i like ROTI's (india), use to eat taht a lot back home with some curry potato, chicken and veggi. i also like saoto soup ( indonesian), really good soup and add some spicy to it and ur good to go.

    vamp is Filipino, and we dated on and off for awhile. i'm also addicted to sinigang, but i've been able to make that at home...i've never tried pancit.

    there's a really nice japanese buffet that i went to one time (Minado). It's amaaaaazingggg. they have every Japanese food there is....it's heaven for me.

    lol dude rotis are like bleh to us lol. Thats an everyday common food. You should try some of the more equisite (sp? :p) indian foods. Much much better.

    tamales are great too. my sister in law is from tampico, and she makes these all the time. they are pork filled tamales in a banana leaf.

    menudo, not the teen band, is good too. its cow stomach, tripe (intestine), pig feet, homoney, and sometimes pork, with every mexican spice known to man. its badass!!!! and it cures hangovers, i eat it every sunday morning.

    ive never had any type of asian dish. i mean like a real asian dish... sweet and sour chicken is the only stuff ive eaten. like i go to this chinese place to buy food, and the doors to the kitchen open and i get a glimpse of the cooks..... bunch of mexican dudes!
