Yep that is funny; they don't even list the year yet at most after market websites. I find that to be a shame, because isn't Sema a premier spot for the market. They know/see the products well before they hit the streets. But yet when you purchase a new vehicle they Always appear to be UnPrepared!
If there not going to be any smart Biz Folk than that; they should change the Name to "Big Boy Toy SHow" and invite the rest of us.:superconf

I would agree with you if it was a "S" or a straight Rolla with 1.8L, but with the larger engine(2.4L) in the XRS I really can't agree. For me anyway I find it to be quite good. A 6cyl like 2.6L or larger would serve well in a small car like that if going out to a track or street racing, but at 50+ yo;;; NOT!:D
Plus Gas is expensive enough without racing from light to light. I have a good laugh everytime I see some one kick it in the ass and meet me at the next light.

i agree for n/a motor 158hp vs 05-06 xrs vvtli 170hp thats a big difference, the 2.4 is good for turbo because of the displacement and the bottom end is pretty strong and should handle easy 10lb of boost and 14lb the most.

To be honest, if i wanted a car the size of a Corolla with 200 HP, I would want it rear wheel drive or I wouldn't buy it.

it's a corolla, not a 350z or wrx where it has a true following for after market parts. it will take a good 6-10 months before anything of substance might happen.
