let's promote the toyotas and the 8th gen corollas with a trdforums sticker, i already have them made for this particular group buy.

Material is made with vinyl, so it's not a cheap sticker that will come off when it's wet. It's the stretchy, strong, plasticy kind.

The decals will come in a pair by default (for the little side window in the back on both sides)
Price: $12 Dollars a pair + Shipping/Paypal Deduction Charge $2 = Total: $14.00 USD

buyers must use either paypal or money order. money order is unsafe for the buyer but if you are willing to risk it, i am fine with it.

Buying Instructions:
1. PM JordanInc (that's me) on trdforums.com and leave your paypal email (please state that you want the decals)
2. When I receive your paypal email, I will send you a money request of $14 (unless you want more or less than a pair, let me know on your previous PM)
3. Buyer will log onto their paypal account and make the payment to me according to the money request.
4. I will ship it out! Please let me know when you receive it.
5. When you receive it, take a pic of how it looks on your car and show us! Also, leave me a feedback on this forum.

is 350z a trademark of nissan though? because i know lexmark has a printer model 350z...but then again there are things that use TRD in the name that arent even car related..

its not the name so much as the actual logo.. you can't trade mark letters

man...my car still has the vvti sticker...i need to take those off one of these days.

vvti.net got a seace and desist letter from toyota... for just the name... thats what started this whole thing...

The copyright shouldn't be a problem since you are not stealing something they already produce. If you take the TRD logo, add things to it, include the website, that should be fine. You are still promoting the name TRD which is affiliated with Toyota in a way so I doubt there will be issues. If you have only the TRD logo, then you will have issues if that is what you are selling. Anyway, easiest way is to just email TRD or call them and ask. Most people are usually fine with something like that.

the first design will be tough to make as a decal with so much detail.

Why don't you just contact Toyota-trd corporate for permission to use the logo. Tell them we're toyota owner, club, fan etc and want to support trd by making our decal or something. Thats what my professor asked us to do for media project if we use someone copyright music and photos, we had to contact the owner for permission approval.
