    wow...luv the house!!...i'm house hunting and there's no way i can find one that big with a huge lot like that!..but wow!..how much was that ne ways (estimate)?

    Appraised at 1.4...didnt cost nearly that much to build though. When the market gets back to where it was a few years ago, the value will skyrocket again.
    My grandparents had a house on the market for 18 months...they sold it for 900k less than it was originally listed for!

    This house was finished in December of 06. Garage plans have been drawn up and approved, and ground breaking will begin soon.
