    Taxes

Well, Tax Day is behind us finally.

I got a pretty good chunk of change back....time to change my deductions so Uncle Sam doesnt benefit from my money for 2008.

    Howd everyone else do?

About 2200 back from state+federal this year. Getting married is awesome for the tax break. :D

Still have the stim checks coming, too, so that'll be an extra 1200. Gonna be several steps closer to being debtless! :D

I didn't have to pay this year..but I was only 17 bucks out of the bracket where I probably would have.

Damn my low mortgage interest, lol. Maybe I need to get my cats some SSNs.....

In local tax news, both the city and county mayors are proposing gigantor property tax increases. I'm already doling out 1370/yr...they'd take it up to over 1500/yr if the city council and county commission lets each of them.

I'm getting the hell out of Memphis, lol.

EH, either way, we got back a lot more together than when we were just dating and filed separately. ;)
