yes i have been waiting for forever too. i tihnk it will be good i play the video games and read the books i am a hardcore fan. excited that clare will be in this one but that jill will not be back. lets hope it does well because there are rumors that if successfull they are going to make a new movie that focuses on leon and clare just like resident evil: city of the undead.

It looks pretty good. I wasn't too crazy about the first Resident Evil movie cuz it wasn't "Resident Evil" enough...if that makes sense. I played one of the games but it's been too long to remember what's going on.

I don't mind the new takes they have on the movies. It would be boring if they followed the games to the T. It would be predictable since we know what is going to happen. I like this way better. At least the elements of the game are still staying true. Just like in the Silent Hill movie. Not exactly like the game, but with just enough of it plus new material that makes it awesome.

No thank you ... seeing the city I live in look like that doesn't appeal to me. I will not be going to see this. Nathan wants to go ... he can go with his friend Matt.

Sounds kinda crazy...but I didn't know there was a sequel to the first Resident Evil. I found that out last night when I was watching "Resident Evil: Apocalypes". The second movie was pretty good. I thought the storyline was very interesting...

Did you see it on TV or did you rent it. The TV version is censored and watered down.

@corollagtswife, it's not that bad if you watch it with others. At least you didn't watch 28 Days Later by yourself in the dark with the volume all the way up... *shivers* Even that scared the crap out of me.

Yea, I saw it on TV. It was showing really late at night though and it didn't censor out things that I thought they would...either way, I got the jist of the movie.

28 days later was NOT scary....Halloween, the new Rob Zombie movie was scarier than that.

haha ok, then Resident Evil is a walk in the park for you then! I don't care how scary a movie is. I'll worry about nightmares later.

This movie was complete rubbish. The only thing "Resident Evil" in this movie was Umbrella logo, and a few character names from the games. This was the worst of the series by far.

right... because it would be so totally awesome to sit down for a couple hours only to watch a drasticly abbreviated version of a video game i enjoyed playing for days, and weeks, to beat. i dont feel cheated at all.

i think the (movie) series is a great addition to the entire resident evil universe. the wife and i went and saw the movie tonight and thought it was great. the action was spectacular and over the top. lots of thrills and scary moments as well.

overall i think the movie gets a 9 out of 10 out of the three, and the only thing holding it back is that i wish it was longer.

it wasnt bad...it was just kinda meh im tired of cliffhanger endings

I WANTED to go see it. Yeah ... I ended up watching 1&2 over my weekend and actually thought they weren't too bad. The 3rd one is amazing in my opinion. Milla is HAWT!!! That's right...worthy of misspelling hot.
