Wheel #143: Shako Tan by Team Loco. They came in optional colors too. Silver, gunmetal and black I think. I have one of the original advertisements from Hot Import Days from ages ago.

I like what nissan does better.. They contract out to more reputable companies like Rays Engineering to make their rims.

the only thing about that is the packages they sell them in are more expensive, but yeah they are better. Those wheels i have only seen on the late model camry and camry prominent over here in Okinawa for a five lug version other than that the regular no name as mentioned above is pretty normal. the ones i have seen have the TRD emblem engraved into the center cap and have some odd japanese name imprinted on them.

I wonder who makes the OEM alloys for Mazda Miatas - as those wheels are surprisingly lightweight (10lbs-12lbs) - and pretty plentiful/cheap on the market.

I've been told that many of the newer OEM wheels were made by DAI Alloys
    http://www.daialloys.com

The the best lineup of wheels - but they do have a PDF onsite that lists many different makes and OEM sizes - good for people looking to pickup a set from another make, you can compare bolt patterns, offset, and hub diameter.
