    well, shock jock suspensions have been happening for years now. look at Stern - he's one of the better-known jocks fired for things he said.

    I heard last week that some small-town DJ in Georgia got fired for saying something similar to what Don Imus said (so says the news), but from what I understand, it was some media watchdog that misquoted him and made him look like he was saying something he shouldn't.
    Sooooo..... who wants to help me assassinate Sharpton, Jackson, and liberal watchdog media groups? :D

    Well, these cases are different. Stern and his lackies were fired for a Beastiality skit. These cases are skirting the issue of free speech more. Its a headhunt, thats for sure.

    People need to have thicker skin....

    i mentioned Stern as an example of a shock jock who's been fired for things he's said on air.

    Greaseman...he was a nut. he was supposed to compete in some comedy competition in DC last night but opted to do the intro via video, instead. he was afraid of saying something he'd regret. even he's afraid of what's been going on.
