    headlight bulbs

is it possible to replace the bulbs without having to remove the housing which i think requires me to have to remove the bumper (which i dont want to do because my fenders are fiberglass and its a bitch to screw my bumper back on)?

absolutely...worst case scenario, get someone with really small hands to do it or move your battery. i had no issue replacing my bulbs when i had an 01.

no, twist and pull out the big round thing at the back of the housing. when you put the new bulbs in, DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

The 01s are easy to twist and pull out. The 98-99 is a bitch. You have to unclip the bulbs first and then pull them straight out where there's no room. Installing HIDs was even worse. I don't wanna do it again.

lol, funny thread, easy bulbs, twist and pull out, to install, push in and twist, lol. the screws just hold the plate that holds the bulbs in the headlight
