its a moto one, got it about a year ago ill head up to that office later today, im trying to deal with work bullshit. they are filling job abandonment papers on me even though i said i was going to quit since they didnt approve my vacation time. i dont even know what those are

that means they're going to try to fuck you over. write out your resignation and keep a copy of it for yourself.

Did you verbally say you were going to quit after you found out you didn't get the vacation? Or did you properly put in your one week's notice (for part-time..full-time is suggested 2 weeks notice) in writing? If you didn't properly put in your notice, I highly suggest that you do.

it was a verbal statement heard by 3 people above me. it has already been 2 weeks. anyway the papers are just so i cant file for UE (i did some research)

Thats a given..if you quit..u can't collect. If they fire you, then you collect. In the future, you should put things like that in writing. Those 3 people could of easily screwed you over somehow sayin gyou never said anything. it would of then turned into a he said/she said type situation.
