WTF? :eek:t: What does Scarlett Johanssen have to do with airsofting? I wouldn't call that a specialization. More like an infatuation. LOL

LOL I like airsofting since its more realistic. Plus I think paintball guns are too bulky. You get a lot of bruises playing like that? LOL

relevance to this topic was: its in the off topic section

and i also think airsoft is more realistic than paintballing and if you get the right gun it can hurt more than a paint ball.

Its in the off topic section under 'Fellow airsofters?'.

Actually, they hurt about the same. I've gotten nasty welts, bruises, blisters, and cuts airsofting. The paintballs pop on impact whereas the BBs don't. Plus they ricochet like crazy too. So it actually might hurt more. hehe A lot of people upgrade the output of the motors in their AEGs so yeah it can get pretty painful.

Sorry but airsoft still rules. Its more comparable to real life situations. Paintball guns are bulky and the paintballs don't simulate bullets very well. No ricochet. Plus it doesn't leave a mess. The airsoft place where I go is a local hot spot for practicing/training off duty SWAT members.

btw that Steyr AUG is awesome. I'm thinking of getting one as my long range primary.

Its not cheap... I'm guessing my weapons alone are worth over 800.

Yeah they are BB guns which can be separated into 2 categories: AEG (Automatic Electric Guns) and Gas guns (either with blow back or non-blow back or EBB aka Electronic Blow Back). Sometimes there are Automatic Gas Guns too.

I had to save up for quite a while before I could get my equipment one piece at a time. That took forever.

You want get a good quality brand one. There are a lot of made in China pieces of crap around.
