    No, not everyone is fit to carry. There's a laundry list of reasons some people shouldn't, but if you're a law abiding citizen of sound mind and clear criminal record, there's no reason I see why you shouldn't own or carry...aside from personal preference or belief.

    (btw, Mississippi allows for the carrying of a loaded weapon in the car as they view it as an extension of your home...without a permit.)
