    1987, US-market chassis:

    AE82 — FWD sedan, 2-door/4-door, hatchback(Std, LE, LE Ltd) 3-door (FX/FX16)
    ------------------------------

I got it basically for free...
    it's Falling apart...

and I want to know how much work would it be to make it...

    a. EFI atleast....

    b. black top

    c. sliver top

    d. 4a-ge (regular one)

I'd love B, but I dunno how much would it take to make it from AT to MT

I saw a black top for 2400, but with a tranny.. sooo..... I would still need clutch and all that stuff

it has the ecu, wiring and starter....

If it's an FX or FX-16 that came stock with the 4A-GE, then keep it.

yeah, i deduced that when you mentioned you wanted to make it at least fuel injected.
now back to the original question, what model is it? id only save it if its a 2 door model. whats it worth to you? im going to assume you have little to no knowledge in mechanics so its going to cost you quite a bit for the tools and all the times you fuck up, or its going to cost you a lot to pay someone to do it for you... so either way expect to pay a pretty penny to get a car running that you say is "falling apart"
